Wear Orange 2016, June 2: National Gun Violence Awareness Day

Let’s Turn America Orange!
National Gun Violence Awareness Day
June 2, 2016

Join Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and Everytown for Gun Safety in its push to turn the country orange!  On this day, we are encouraging supporters to wear the color orange as a symbol of human life, and also as a way of remembering those lost to gun violence, those injured, and the survivors left behind. What started in a Chicago high school to celebrate the life of a teen-aged shooting victim has turned into a nationwide movement.
