The Cobb Democratic Women's Club has existed in Cobb County over 40 years.

Purpose:

The purpose of the Cobb Democratic Women shall be through our time, talents and resources, to

Strengthen all facets of the Democratic Party and women’s participation in it;

Promote the election of Democrats at all levels of government;

Seek and encourage qualified women to seek public office and to serve on governmental and other boards and agencies;

Work in harmony with the National Federation of Democratic Women, Georgia Federation of Democratic Women, Democratic Party of Georgia and the Cobb County Democratic Committee;

Raise funds for local projects and candidates;

Perform other functions and duties as requested by the state and local Democratic committees;

Support and work for causes and issues affecting women that are approved by a majority of the membership.
